Short version: we text you about a website for your business, only if you asked us to, and STOP ends it instantly and permanently.

What the program is

When you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, you are joining a conversation about building or rebuilding your business's website. Messages are about your inquiry, your website preview, and the call you booked or are booking.

What you will receive

A message confirming we have your details, usually within seconds.
A link to the website we built for you, before your call.
Reminders about a call you booked.
Replies from a human when you text us back.
Occasional follow-up if we do not hear from you.

Message frequency varies and depends on how the conversation goes. It is not a broadcast list and there is no fixed schedule.

Cost

We do not charge you anything to receive our messages. Message and data rates may apply. Those are your carrier's charges, not ours, and they depend on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. That is the standard word and it always works. So do END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT, in any combination of upper and lower case, with or without punctuation.

Plain English works too. If you text "please stop texting me" or "take us off this," we will treat that as an opt-out, because a reasonable person would.

You will get one final message confirming you are out, and then nothing further.

You are not restricted to texting STOP. You can opt out by calling us, emailing team@impactranks.com, or simply telling us on a phone call. We will not insist you use a particular method, and we will not ask you to log in anywhere to do it.

Reply HELP to any message and you will get our name, our phone number and our email address. Or email team@impactranks.com any time.

The number we text from is (706) 608-7086. It accepts calls and texts during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

Consent, and what it is not

Ticking the consent box means you agree we may call and text you at that number about a website for your business, including using automated dialling technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice.

Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can hire us without agreeing to be texted, and you can agree to be texted and never hire us. We will not withhold a quote, a price, or a website preview because you declined.

Consent applies to us and to this conversation only. We never share, sell, rent or transfer your number or your consent to anyone else for their marketing. If you later become our client and we run text messaging for your business, that is a separate program with its own registration under your own business identity, and your customers' consent belongs to you, not to us.

Carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

What we do with your number is set out in our Privacy Policy, including the specific commitment that mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Material changes to the program will be disclosed here, and we will re-obtain consent rather than reinterpret the consent you already gave.
